Health Insurance
Our employees' health
and their family's health are important. Medical &
Pharmaceutical coverage is available through
Keystone Health Plan Central, which is an HMO plan
to fulltime employees after 90 days of employment
upon the 1st day of the proceeding month.
Vision Insurance
Vision insurance is
offered to all full time employees through Highmark
Blue Shield (Opti-Choice). Employees will become
eligible after 90 days of employment upon the 1st
day of the proceeding month.
Dental Insurance
Optional dental
insurance is offered to all full time employees
through the Guarantee Trust Life (Group Link).
Employees will become eligible after 90 days of
employment upon the 1st day of the
proceeding month.
401k Plan
Millennium Aviation
offers employees an option for saving for their
future through our 401K retirement plan. An
employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week
equaling over 1,000 hours of service, becomes
eligible after one year of employment. Our two open
enrollments dates are January 1st and
July 1st of each year. Millennium
Aviation will make contributions to the accounts on
a discretionary basis.
Life Insurance
Group life insurance
in the amount of $20,000 is provided to fulltime
employees upon 90 days of employment.
